Respected PM,though I am unaware about computer, stil I have a suggestion-this app should provide information about updated WORK DONE by my govt.All over INDIA whatever field,small, big information of all types of works should be a click away so that we can discuss good about our govt.and feel proud.I know you have the best team of computer experts so this app should be BESTEST.Good luck!

Merely making PMO app is not enough, apps at the level of Chief Minister Office, District Magistrate Office, BDO office and Panchayat Office should be made simultaneously as a ilot project. They all should be interlinked. Top of the hierarchy i.e. PMO should be able to monitor where a complaint is blocked. Any innovative suggestion should be imediately transferred to the concerned centre like CMO, DMO or BDO. App should also be linked to major Govt databases to have any information.

PMO app must be a centralize app of all departments . features should be 1) user app will contain several categories ie. Complains , information etc along with particular departments. 2) Those request will go to particular departments and they must send ack and deadline of serving request. 3) At the end of the day PMO app will get the count of requests in every departments 4) if request been served user must send ack by the app 5) if dead line has passed than PMO app will get info. #interaction

The backend database for the application should be designed in such a way that whenever a person posts anything using the app, he should be asked for the regional area where he resides or where he is facing the issue and on the basis of that area notification mails should be delivered to all the concerned officers as, corporator of that area MLA of that area, collector of that area and if concerned police official of that area along with the PMO office in cc.

#Suggestion I would suggest that such an APP is extremely necessary and useful.It should have sections as per Profession of the citizen so that people can put forward their feedback by choosing their Work Profile Group.As similar work group people share similar ideas and problems in daily life.

Hello sir, I m Tarun Koshti. Home screen should attractive of application. It should be Data base is at very high level manage it would be desirable. All the useful link should be divided in each major group. All the Major link should be provided on Home screen of application.

Such an app with a customizable framework can be used for finding easy-to-implement solutions for varied problem areas including improving efficacy of rescue operations, relaying important notifications (weather advisories etc.) to all or target citizens.
