MyGov is organizing a competition (the "Contest") for creation/ development of a Mobile Application ("App")for the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).
The Contest is open for participation to the Citizens of India only.
There are three phases in the contest:
o Phase 1 - the Idea Submission Phase
o Phase 2 - the Wireframe Development Phase
o Phase 3 – the App Development Phase
Last Date of Submission for Phase 1 is 23rd March, 2015 by 5:00 PM IST.

• Idea Phase (Phase-I): Ideas selected by the jury will win an Android One device from Google and a Certificate of Appreciation from MyGov.

According to me the app should include the given below points
1. recording of each and every statement made under Mann ki baat.
2. it should provide with great detail of latest decision taken by PM
3. voting session should be there and review session as well
4. Swach bharat method should be suggested.
5. Interaction sesssion should be there but only for one hour in a week and only significant written problem should be ans.
6. As reward session is here , similarly reward session included.

2) A person should be able to send a remainder call through APP in case of unanswered RTI (right now you need to do paper work again).
3) Names of all the current cabinet ministers, Secretaries, joint secretaries available in PMO.
4) Direct Links for all the webpages related to any govt. body.
5) App should be multilingual or should provide a feature of translation for effective interaction.

So if we are making a app in which PEOPLE CAN VOTE FOR VARIOUS QUESTIONS and can post reviews and suggesions such that we are able to select best polular answer and thus can pass laws based pn taht decision. PEOPLE MUST BE ABLE TO POST SUGGESTIONS TO SOLVE A PROBLM FROM 100Os of Suggesions we can select best that is majority desision. By dis we are able know a problm and can involve to solve dat . 1)the app should be launched in 2 languages english and hindi first and then should be available in all the regional languages.
2)the app should have an option to translate it to any language if one wants to as most of our population lives in rural and remote areas and they are the ones who are deprived of any information.

App must include interaction between govt. and a people,Something related to Swachh Bharat.App must include location of the dustbins .Through the map each user can be able to see the nearest dustbins and must also be possible comment,upload photos etc. PM should be able to see the statistics.
