MyGov is organizing a competition (the "Contest") for creation/ development of a Mobile Application ("App")for the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).
The Contest is open for participation to the Citizens of India only.
There are three phases in the contest:
o Phase 1 - the Idea Submission Phase
o Phase 2 - the Wireframe Development Phase
o Phase 3 – the App Development Phase
Last Date of Submission for Phase 1 is 23rd March, 2015 by 5:00 PM IST.

Prizes
• Idea Phase (Phase-I): Ideas selected by the jury will win an Android One device from Google and a Certificate of Appreciation from MyGov.
• Wireframe development phase (Phase-II): The top 5 shortlisted teams will get Certificate of Appreciation from MyGov and an opportunity to be mentored by Google to build the mobile app.
• App Development phase (Phase-III): The winning team will get a Sponsored trip to the Unites States of America to meet a team of Google Developers,subject to Terms and Conditions.

Because the App is about engaging with citizens, Let it have the function of raising critical issues and submitting them (to local authorities) for resolution. Besides this users also can gets access to #Information that is relevant to all citizens. There is #Interaction with local and higher level authorities to enable quick and efficient problem solving. Through Social Media Sharing we would have a #Broadcast system where every citizen is engaged and encouraged to participate.
As like Mann ki baat there should be time and programme for people using this app where they can interact with PM directly that will bring more register user and keep them active

we will be getting the best decision on forums now a days. So if we are making a app in which PEOPLE CAN VOTE FOR VARIOUS QUESTIONS and can post reviews and suggesions such that we are able to select best polular answer and thus can pass laws based pn taht decision. PEOPLE MUST BE ABLE TO POST SUGGESTIONS TO SOLVE A PROBLM FROM 100Os of Suggesions we can select best that is majority desision. By dis we are able know a problm and can involve to solve dat . Evwn one prolm a month.

1. In PMO's Mobile App The Appointment List window should be Categorize by Department wise.
2. There should proper color code for various categories like(urgent meeting,absent candidate,defaulter candidate,foreigner)
which can easily linked with DATABASE.

1) App should show the tweets of Honorable PM with an option to re-tweet on that.
2) App should have an option for LIVE CHAT, Where a person can have instant answers for any query.
3) App can include a “Public Opinion Poll” section, from where Honorable PM can have the view of public regarding any matter.
4) Suggestions & Discussions for starting or improving existing campaigns for the upliftment of country.
5) App should be multilingual or provide a feature of translation.
