I think that there will me an option to submit the complaint against various department under various ministeries of central govt. and a complaint id must be given. On the other side all the schemes of Central Government should be there so that anyone who don't know about the services provided by the govt. can see there like lpg subsidy,central scholarships,cghs,ltc etc.

The app can have a feature in which the users would be addressed by their name in PM's voice. They will feel more personalized connection with PMO in this way. For eg. when I use the app, it could say, "Dear Gaurav, thanks for connecting with PMO we wish to serve you in best manner and hope for your support." It would be said in PM Shri Narendra Modi's voice. I believe the citizens will like it a lot because they will feel more strongly connected with PMO. #Interaction
