Sir, I have no technical knowledge on app but if there is facility through this Govt. mobile app to acknowledge people about the Govt. welfare schemes (activities), warning massage about diseases and preventive aspect (including AYUSH), inform about evil happening (natural calamity, accident or terror attack) and National help line number & national response service with both side message system (including voice message) etc in regional languages will definitely help the countrymen.

#interaction Provide forum of direct interaction with PM and each of the ministers/ secretaries
#broadcast Air suggestions accepted alongwith contributor's name and place

=>In my view, the app should not contain any thing which says the things done by government or by PM Modi. The Governance should be seen in daily life.
=>Although it must contain the information about the new services that we can use for various purposes.
=>It should also be updated with the links of copies of budget (both rail and overall) so that the common man who can understand the budget could get the budget easily and could give his feedback so that they can worked upon.

It should act productive to citizens. It should link to corruption cell.app should integrate with online shopping, ticketing of Indian railways, airindia etc..It should help education, women empowerment, should also help empower citizens to access RTI. Easy access to every ministry and departments.

- People should get response immediately. Though there is no problem for all solutions but response can pacify people to some extent. - Must be informative . There should be a complaint/suggestion box and after getting the suggestion or complaint immediately a person should receive name & mobile no. Of concerned official who will deal with the problem . It should be educative and helpful to students and teachers of the country. It should have link to all the schemes and polices of Govt.

There must be another portal for applying for caste certificate, domicile, land registration, driving license, passport and many other documents like these. We all know that the most corrupt offices are present in the courts. At many places, the fixed percentage of lost of land purchased should be given to the concerned officer to pass the documents from their counter. Applying for PAN card is very simple and corruption free, but it could be done online also in the similar way.

And my suggestion is also of same kind #just connect , #quick response.specally in the time of "emergency case"simply open the app connect the get a fast replay or a help.and it is totally one touch #action.

#interaction.App should be a platform of two way communication, where each one can interact with the government and its happening.There will be options like–support,don’t support,message(complaint),feedback etc. that will make this app more interactive.Through this app people can donate money to the PM’s relief fund easily and can also rise issue and problem(s) directly against any schemes,policy,visits etc. that helps the government to make good policy for country's development and positioning

#interaction The app should have opinion polls, which will serve as a mode of communication between the citizens of INDIA & the government of INDIA.
If any new or amendment Law / Bill is placed before the House, we can also get the public opinion- what the people say in this regard, thus ending the widespread hype over the matter.
