#interactions: a user i think a app should contain different sections ,like complain, suggestion, recent works , thoughts and their should be sub sections under it like in complain sections ,their are complain of various kind like related to-cleanness,security,city problems, education problem ,women/girls problem etc,so people can easily register their complain under these sections and can easily send their complains to the particular department

#interaction a app should be divided in age group sections like under 18, above 18-30, and 30 + and the design of the app should be such that it can relate to the particular age , as there are some common problems in such age groups like under 18 the problems are related to education , 18-30 related to employments, and other and 30+ pension problems and other , so app should give them platform to share there problems to the particular department.. the person should feel that some one is hearing.
