#information :14th finance commission increased share of states in central revenues from 32 to 42%. unfortunately there is no daily mechanism for people of any state to control the manner in which expenditure is to be done. in states popular subsidies are given and due to heavy corruption in employees and leakages, it never reaches beneficiaries. most of states have not started aadhar-linked-DBT. so it feared that this increase will go to the pockets of corrupt. devise some system in app on it.
