1. PMO can create polls, asking feedback about a policy or suggestion. People can respond to the polls and also comment on it. Polls can be restricted to people in certain geographic area. Everyone can look at poll results and read topics discussed in comment.

2. Anybody can create a poll that other people can respond to. Everyone can look at results of the poll. This will help PMO get a sense of problems people in a certain location is facing.

Person/Organization can register themselves with a task of cleaning or awareness session in their locality. Post registration the video of the completed task is uploaded which will be verified by Councilor of that area via a special login. They can also reward the task with Certificates. This will boost the confidence of the studying youths. This will eventually end up as a practice and best practices can be collected and implemented elsewhere.

2) information should be in language which are atleast mentioned in schedule 8 of the constitution.
3) pmo should update the working progress regularly.
4) there are lots many schemes and policies published in Indian year book every year but too complicated to comprehend it, it should updated with simple language regularLy.
5) each acheivements should be shared regularly.
