MyGov is organizing a competition (the "Contest") for creation/ development of a Mobile Application ("App")for the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO). The Contest is open for participation to the Citizens of India only. There are three phases in the contest: o Phase 1 - the Idea Submission Phase o Phase 2 - the Wireframe Development Phase o Phase 3 – the App Development Phase Last Date of Submission for Phase 1 is 23rd March, 2015 by 5:00 PM IST. PMO's mobile app should contain following ideas 1.There should be one blog of Mr. Prime Minister in which he should discuss about general awareness,major and minor problems we are facing,how can we deal with such and should be named as"MY THOUGHTS". 2.In corner there should corner in which people can write their problem,it should be named as "my india's problem" and problems should be solved within 48 hours.

If there is a section in the App through which youth can have one on one with PM in any one day of month so that just as maan ki awaj the youth can listen modi ji live there with a program Youth ke liye awaz it can be implemented to boost moral of youngsters

#Information There should be voting button for any newly released schemes in India. For eg: Date - The government has announced “Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojna” There should be a button on the very first page of the App, asking : Do you think the scheme will be helpful for India: Yes /No And below that there should be a comment box, asking the reason of why they think so and if there are any area of improvements.

make one column in the application in which gov can write exact and accurate about NEW LAWS New yojna"s Through which people get aware about the law about the plans It can be named as " PEOPLE's LAW " OR " NEED TO KNOW "

Just to keep it simple there will be Five tabs or pages: #information 1)New ideas/suggestions from the citizen of India. 2)Citizen to tell PMO about any concerns/problems related to around the country. #Broadcast 3)It will contain list of new initiatives and programmes coming from PMO. #intercation 4)Fourth tab will be discussion group, were there will brain storming discussions on New ideas from citizen or from PMO. 5)Track the progress/reviews of your ideas/suggestions.

Sir, Government hospitals and public place toilets are in very poor condition.If provide its wall,floor and roof for advertisement to PVT parties and let them maintain these public place toilets.

Visibility of approved budget with execution status end to end across all sectors. Budget allocated if not utilised within specific time frame shall automatically lapse. Planning commission and its authorised agents across country shall verify status report of project with actual field execution and update in one central portal. Citizens of India would be able to access the ongoing status as well as the approved projects of locations of his choice through a mobile application.
