How can the latest advances in digital technologies, including use of mobile phones, big data analytics and other information technology solutions be deployed in Smart Cities. The entries may be in descriptive answer types and may use pictures or videos to explain the answers better.
All questions in this category must be answered to be considered as a complete submission and to be eligible for short-listing.
Questions
1. List three municipal services that can be improved with the use of a mobile phone.
2. Describe 3 aspects of your daily life that have improved with the use of the mobile phone.
3. Suggest 5 ways in which the use of big data can make Indian cities into smart cities.
4. Mention 3 new ways that information technology can improve Governance.
5. How can access to information and data make our public spaces safe and secure?
Entry Deadline
• Entries may be submitted online on the mygov.in portal latest by 23.59 hours (11.59 pm) on Saturday, 20th June 2015.
Evaluation
The submissions will be evaluated on the following criteria:
• Do-ability (50%)
• Innovation (50%)
Award
Two winners in each category will be awarded a citation from the Prime Minister at the Smart City Mission Launch on June 25th, 2015 at VigyanBhavan, New Delhi, along witha cash prize of the following amounts:
Rs. 40,000 - First Prize
Rs. 25,000 - Second Prize

The winning ideas would be shared with the 100 SmartCities as potentiallyimplementablesolutions and will be considered for pilot

• All questions in a particular category must be answered to be considered as a complete submission and to be eligible for short-listing.
• The participants(s) entries will be judged for each category independently and on merit. In case of short listing in more than one category, a participant will receive prize money for one category only.
• The length of each answer is limited to 250 words or less.

5-when we know ,

how many times my colony road is made or granted to made but not actually made

our street lite lamp replaced and on which cost

who is making clean our sever lines

who is responsible to clean water

who is local police beat and what is his timings

what local government do with our taxes

and every whistle blower should be keep anonymous.......

4- all legal Indian national have to maintain a cel no. which is attached to their aadhar no to receive information and this no. can not be changes for lifetime

any complaint for any department of central or state government should be available on sms services

a charter for every government services demand by public about maximum time to resolve them should be there and public can access status by a sms only

3-at 1st we have to collect data of cities about density of people in areas they live ,should provide policing,water,power,sanitation,homes accordingly

this data can tell us demand of schools ,shelters,library and medical needs of certain area

this data can be use to make neutral disaster management for certain area

this data can be use for finding of illegal immigrants.

1-complaints about street lights,water supply and sanitation can be accessible by mobile

2- sms services by banks,government offices,lic,to find a addresses in new areas ,always in touch with near ones
