Providing a digital identity to all individuals is crucial to facilitate electronic authentication for delivery of online public services. The digital identity must be unique, lifelong, online and authenticable. The digital identity should be easily verifiable in an online and cost-effective way. Aadhaar provides such a digital identity that also serves as a proof of identity and address for individuals. If such a digital identity could be linked to mobile phones in a secure manner, it would make the task of online authentication much easier at the level of the individual. As the penetration of mobile phones is high, this digital identity will facilitate the delivery of online services more easily.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on how mobile phones and digital identity could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities. The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, cost effectiveness, operational efficiency, etc. You can upload your ideas in doc or pdf format.
LAUNCH aadhaar apps in this all the data of aadhaar is upload by govt. for digital identity it is linking with google mobile tracker and user use only after log in it.and give them secured code for it...........
By using eye retina scanner
Install scanner in mobile.
Also finger print is way to link with mobile
The Adhar card number should be linked to a mobile number that the user provides. All subsidies, benefits and scheme implementation should be linked to the unique Adhar number of the beneficiary.
For every such benefit, a message should be delivered on the mobile number. The Adhar number will provide data of the people who are befeciaries and help the government to directly connect with them through the mobile phones linked with the Adhar number.
I don't think its a good idea to use a mobile phone as an identity system. They are frequently changed and can be easily sabotaged. The aadhar card is actually a very good initiative another one will be to make it mandatory for every citizen to submit DNA samples to the government and use DNA fingerprinting for identification.

Is samay sabke paas lagbhag me aadhar card hai ek baar phir se renewable sabka no. karaya jaye aur identity ke liye sabka aadhaar card ka number us mobile no. par set kiya jaaye issse logo ko apne number ke saath me ek nai pahchan bhi milegi aur india ek digital india ke naam se jaana jayega.. Thanx Sir to give me a chance to show my words which was stuck in my mind Thanx a lot sir.....
Mobile no could be authenticated using OTP and PIN code and for every transaction too. Its a 2 layer security protocol and PIN code is just like ATM PIN provided by the Gov. And for those who have a smartphone capable of reading a fingerprint can be added as a 3rd layer.
Ideas and suggestions in attached documents. I've developed a prototype based on this and presented here to share with you. Comments, and criticism are equally welcomed.
first we should have to make sure that all people have mobile phones, i belong to tribal area where people even don't know about mobile. but the suggestion is that we can register that person with it's rastion card, aadhar card and many more card no with it's mobile no.& other one is that we call that person and our software recognize one's voice simple and better.
Mobile devices may be used for accessing e-Governance by entering user IDs and passcodes, but should not be used for permanent digital identity, because there are very much possibilities of falsification of someone's identity.
