Providing a digital identity to all individuals is crucial to facilitate electronic authentication for delivery of online public services. The digital identity must be unique, lifelong, online and authenticable. The digital identity should be easily verifiable in an online and cost-effective way. Aadhaar provides such a digital identity that also serves as a proof of identity and address for individuals. If such a digital identity could be linked to mobile phones in a secure manner, it would make the task of online authentication much easier at the level of the individual. As the penetration of mobile phones is high, this digital identity will facilitate the delivery of online services more easily.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on how mobile phones and digital identity could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities. The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, cost effectiveness, operational efficiency, etc. You can upload your ideas in doc or pdf format.
This idea has a certain amount of drawback packed with it that is digital data are prone to hacking
thus it is necessary to create a processor embedded card that has to be carried manually and whose access has to be linked up with an otp with mobile phone
this card can be used as unified identity card for ration card, voter id, aadar, pan card and many such
the otp provides an very high security method where the cross check for identification methond can be done automatically without person
Aadhar is best digital id which can be link with mobile as it contain all details of individual including fingerprint.
But most importantly by linked this there should be proper control on this all and no one can misuse details of any one otherwise it would create major problem and this will be not useful
It is the proposal for fire Extinguisher using wifi technology which links the other project proposal which i have sent. I am the cancer patient. No one is not selecting for any post at any considerations.
This is the PDF file regarding the small proposal or idea , to reduce the paper in railway using advanced wifi technology
In India there is more than 1 id card which create sometime confusion so there should be only 1 id proof of 1 individual not like pan card, aadhar card, ration card, voting id card.
There should be 1 ID which enable all the feature of all ID
MOBILE AUTHENTICATION
WITH NFC ENABLED
SMARTPHONES
NFC- Near field communication
RFID provision in mobile phones.Mobile id data could be transferred to authority through bluetooth or RFID.In case of RFID,even in non smart phone case RFID reader at authority side could read ID data.
This requires
1. Aadhar number
2. Mobile number which is in the name of same person owning aadhar .
Government already have personal details and personal identification such as iris identification and fingerprints available with Aadhar. See pdf documents further.........
Adhar Card is all ready linked with mobile. for authentication process use those mobile number linked with adhar card. If mobile no. lost/number or permanently closed in that case temporary unique ID generated by verification of that person at block level seva kendra until new adhar number not generated or linked with mobile number. In case of lost mobile number one centralised call center should be established for stop authentication process on this number by Adhar number.
Dear Sir,
Appreciate your initiative, I am attaching my views on the same on how we can approach the same. Hope this will bring in a complete transformation on the Govt services.
