The Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) is pleased to inform you that our City has been selected through a competitive process for Smart City Mission under the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD). In the next phase, our city has to compete with others to make it to the top 20 to be taken up for first round of funding, for year 2015-16.

Pasighat is now required to formulate a vision, mission and a proposal in consultation with its citizens and other stakeholders. Your City needs you!! So, PMC urges the citizens of Pasighat to share their opinions and ideas to make our “Pasighat- a Credible Smart City”. Your views are valuable and can make a difference to our city!!

Your valuable suggestions can bring significant transformation to your city and improve the life of citizens. Please formulate your vision statement for Pasighat (preferably in less than 50 words) and submit on www.mygov.in

The prize money for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd position is Rs. 11000, Rs.7000 and Rs.5000 respectively.

The last date to submit your entries is 12th November, 2015.

Smart Citizen App To avoid misuse or wastage of available resources and services, we should develop a mobile APP where citizen can share any issue which is affecting public facilities, which can be addressed immediately by Local Authority. The APP will be developed and managed by Municipal Corporation and it will be free for all citizen. For details please read attached PDF file.

For making our city smart firstly we all have to make clean our residence environment so all you please use dustbins in our daily routine

MY expectation from pasighat smart city would be the following; 1.Smart road and Transportation 2.Smart essential service,drinking water supply regular electricity,medical facility and smart education 3.There should be peace and commercial for creating better atmosphere for smooth implementation of devlopment activities. 4.proper law and order. 5.latest IT facilities ,proper sanitation and sewer system
