I switch off my machinery when not in use and start only when required. like wise all professionals and others should switch off all extra light when not in use.
City's street lights also replace with LCD or LED bulbs.
Replace your edition bulb with a LED.
First things first. Start from the home. We can save energy in our home by switching off extra lights, fans,ACs and other electrical items when we are not at that point. I mean we can switch off the light of the kitchen when we are watching TV on the drawing room. Thus we can save electricity and also can minimise our electric bill. When we go out we can keep the car speed same, follow the traffic instructions properly and of course maintain the car properly to minimise fuel consumption.
Energy exist in different forms like fuel and electricity.
To save fuel we must do car pooling , why go to the same location in different vehicles .
To save electricity we should use unconventional means of electricity like Battery car, solar cooker etc
Dear Prime Minister, I have arranged to celebrate my daughter's birthday by planting equal number of trees as her age. This is a continuation of a process we have been following - Year 1 to 6 (worked with and contributed to an Orphanage BAL VIKAS in Goregaon, Mumbai). Now that my daughter will turn 7, we will be starting with planting trees in the Aarey Milk Colony AND our area (7 each) so we are able to control one group of trees and hope the other trees will also grow in Aarey.
govt. have to launch a scheme in which person having electricity bill under recommended amount will be credited 10 points monthly & for 120 points, they will be given 1 LED bulb. i think this will attract peoples as it will create win win situation (low bills + free LED bulb)
Nukkar sabha must be organized and there importance of energy, conservation techniques & their benefits will be informed to peoples.Small drama may be created to demonstrate the idea & techniques. it will work definitely
5)try to avoid large food processing steps(processed food).it will gud for ur health and it save energy too.
6)dont use air conditioner when weather is pleasant, just open ur room or car window and enjoy the beauty of nature.
i do some simple things to save energy and my suggestions are as follows. 1)we use a single t.v in our house and every body watch it all together in a room. 2)use Two Wheeler instead of car if u r going alone some where. 3)pls dont drop ur child to school by ur own car regularly ,use school van or bus. 4)try to eat food just after it preparation ,otherwise u have to use energy again and again to make it hot. (and now a days people are excessively using microwave for this thing.)
