First of all create an environment where a girl child can move freely and express freely. Block all sex contents from Internet sources as it creates havoc in India where there are large number of illiterate people live. Ensure that the family of girl child do not go hungry. Every village must have one community hall where all kinds of good social habit should be learned through practice of yoga or other religious activities. Give computer, food making, craft making and fashion design skill.

Lots of people gives ideas, but these are hard to implement ,as per my view model girls schools is to be opened in each district first,in which upto 5th class girls will learn basic hygiene, health ,gardening, reuse of waste materiel etc. along with study. Then from 5th to 8th they will learn cooking , tailoring, self defence, etc. THen from 8th to 10th they will grow their skills in dancing , singing, acting ,games, study, self defence along with further scope. then they'll expert in field.
