extra curriculum activities to develop self esteem, opportunity to learn languages like Chines, English, to get a good job, all games so they may turn 2b a good player, internet n commuter knowledge, yearly trip to visit places to be more confident and adaptable in society, vocational courses like cooking classes including OJT in a good hotel/ restaurant, assignment based study, monthly visit to different gov dept, work shop where they can display n earn, sewing knowledge n corporate train

For future employment and self-sustainability A curriculum framework can facilitate:1.Awareness amongst people about the education,make them know their right to preliminary education. 2.starting from nursery skill identification programs. 3.Technology interface from their school age.interactive video lectures for enhancing general knowledge of world and India.4.Practical learning 5.leadership developement6.Physical training (JUDO)7.Performance index. Mould the below points into curriculum - On the job training. Learn by doing. Group activities. Soft skill development. Self protecting tips and techniques. Ability to manage time and work life balance. Communication and interactive platforms and encouraging participation in women empowerment and professional forums. Participation in local projects for nation building. Bring the backbencher to upfront. Volunteering and leadership programmes. Creative thinking and writing.

Girl Child should be allowed free transport and free education till junior college level in both govt and private schools. which is not done. Girls have scope in IT field, HR field, Teaching field, Fashion design, interior design, secretarial, Pharma, Medical, Architecture. In these field girls should be admitted by charging low fee and low qualifying percentage by conducting separate session for them so that Boys should not suffer due to reservation. everyone should have chance to study.

framework includes planning, organizing, directing and controlling its all interlinked and a dynamic process.In planning stage we decide which skills oriented course shall we start which the girls can acquire and practice despite being married so identifying and creating such courses is prime agenda. Even fixing the course duration is very important.courses involving minimum duration will be more attract more married as well as unmarried girls.

More optional subject should be included. so they can select subjects of their own choice. 1.karate 2.craft 3. art 4. advanced science 5. advanced mathematics 6. food and nutritions 7. computer softwares 1.

As a part of curriculum, the way we have sports and other co - curricular activities we can also have cooking, needle work and stitching etc as a part of our curriculum as optional subjects. Personality Development should always form a part of any curriculum. This would teach them the way to handle every situation in an efficient manner.
