Girls are having best creativity we should have to use it for architecture field .If they are trained well then there will be different and good solutions will come from them.

along with school education certain out of syllabus things also should be include by which girls will be more exposed to outer world.

Why talk only about girls, the need today is GENDER EQUALITY and the skill needs to be developed for both girls and boys. Girl needs to rise above fear and insecurity and move towards independence and success and boys needs to respect and support girls to move ahead.

1.MAKE KARATE AND JUDOO A COMPULSORY SUBJECT FROM CLASS 2 OR 3.IT WILL HELP HER FOR SELF PROTECTION. 2. MAKE COMPUTER LITERACY MANDATORY FROM CHILDHOOD EDUCATION.GIVE THEM KNOWLEDGE ON LATEST TECHNOLOGY.

All basic skills should be taught to all students. Prepare chart that shows these studies will make way to these jobs. First create variety of jobs. Make girl to study every thing she liked. Don't restrict a girl from studying any subject.

adding co curricular activities as yoga meditation ,trips,2 adding technical or vocational subject should add from high school section.,3 seminar and debate on social issue especially on gender related issue must be a part of curriculum 4 education of rights and other gender related legal issue should be a part of curriculum.5 practical or workshop session of vocaional education should add from their high school section,6,counselling and guidance program should be part of girl education.

To develop skill and higher education set up institution at every district places on the basis of IIT basis for girls only and admission though entrance exams as well the girls whom parents not offered and no parents of child admits directly it covers from primary education to final and the job security assure by institution system to be follows as gurukul type in which everything is available in premises and all staff is women it is in PPP model it will enhance the skill as well future of girls

I suggest along with all other imp activities in school, SELF- DEFENSE should be taught to girls to tackle any hard situation. They should be given proper training of Karate, Judo, boxing etc from professional persons. Like boys girls should became strong enough to overcome any danger.

Every profession should be respected. girls should feel free and respected to job at various places in different fields as per the requirement like HOTELS, NURSES in HOSPITALS.They should be taught self defence during school time.. so that they are not afraid to go out to work... .so that they can easily and freely explore themself
