1) Multiple options of extra curricular activities should be provided to girl students to choose from. 2) Various government schemes of guaranteed employment schemes could be associated with these schools/colleges, to allow few girls trained in these activities to benefit the schemes. 3) Based on products/outcomes of these girls under such schemes, every district could plan/setup a small-scale industry

One of the main reasons why girls lack behind in smaller cities and rural area, when it comes to job oriented courses, is that there is no certainty of getting admissions in good colleges (after completing basic education) due to huge competition and affordability in terms of money. We should ensure 1) Free education through distance learning, with free online course materials 2) Ensuring that 100% girls have been provided confirmed seats in colleges (provisional) during school days itself

The panch leaders in rural areas should be convinced about usefulness of girl child education .Schools should be nearby not more than a km. away .Girls are to registered by house surveys . Teach all the local language , hindi and maths .Evaluate their progress and divide into groups as per choice into learning English , science , cooking , craft , tailoring ,decoration , games etc.Give incentives for their performance ,.TV as a teaching mode and mid day meals will increase the attendance .
