I have been to Dwarika. it was somewhere around winter. In the early morning there was lot of fog on either side of the road, different kind of birds & there was so much of peace. on the way there is an old temple of Harsiddhi mata with around 50-100 steps. once you reach to the temple the view of ocean from there is awesome. every frustration & tension was deleted automatically after visiting the dwarika temple & i returned with lot of peace & freshness of mind and got a fresh start again.

when in college i had a chance to travel to Ooty. Not many were interested to go go uphills to the private place where Baduga people live.It is still fresh in my memory, how different and unique their home was, i tried hard to decipher what the shy women of Baduga community spoke--to gather info regarding their unique customs, dress, weddings, food habits etc. it was an enriching experience.
When in Kodaikanal, i was bit by some unknown bug and i grew allergic to it.Suddenly itching started and there were red patches appearing.Did not know what to do.The locals belonging to the mountains just gave me three beetel leaves with 3 peppercorns--asked me to chew it.Wonderful, after sometime itching subsided and i was alright before long. I still have beetel plants in our garden in remembrance of those uneducated healers who charmed me with their warmth.
Traveled to Tanjore, Gangaikonda Cholapuram and Ariyalur geological site where 65 million years old Dinosaur eggs and fossilised tree that has turned to a stone--Each one is striking in it's own way.The Chola Temples stand tall,--exemplifying stupendous achievements in military, architecture, Governance and valor. The fossil tortoise, Dinasaur eggs and tree that has turned stone--where else can you find remnants of the distant past? Truly enchanting these are!
Right from my childhood days i have travelled to various destinations, with my family members.Had been to Courtalam for very many seasons.Cool, crystal clear, herbs enriched waters flowing from the mountains is simply bliss. Later when i traveled to Kodaikanal for my higher studies and Ooty for holidays--refreshing and calming down experience.People in the hills of India are so friendly and approachable that you always feel at home in the mountains.Hills are resources of hidden energy.
I have been traveling extensively through out India since my childhood and description document is attached. First six photos are from Palitana, next three from Agas Ashram near Anand in Gujrat and last foyr are from Kolkata Parasnath glass temple. I would like to share more in future.

Last week I went to Odisha and I was overwhelmed by the courteous and polite service at every place of tourist interests. People of odisha are very kind and helpful whether you travel by taxi or by small Rickshaw you will feel emotionally attached. Most of the torist place like PURI, Bhubhneshwar, Konark as well as beach are free from pollution. I appreciate the work of Chief Minister of ODISHA and hope other states having tourist flow will follow the strategy to boost tourism in India.
