India is the fastest growing economy in the world. And that is why, we need the best education policy in the world. First of all, schooling has to be made free n compulsory for all. Secondly, the system of State Boards have to be brought to an end. All students in the country should have the same level of knowledge. Also, our national language, Hindi, has to be taught in each and every school of the country. Last but not he least, moral values have to be taught. That is all I can suggest.

The 21st century is the century of Information explosion. Every information is available on internet. Most of the Indian citizen using mobile and internet applications. But most of them not aware on internet theft, hacking, Account fraud , cyber crime activities, unauthorized access etc. So an awareness programme is required in National level under the guidance of HRD Ministry or Information Technology and Broadcasting Ministry.

Education policy is not targeted to employment generation at all. Engineers in IT sector don't have opportunity in applying for govt. jobs. Old subjects like languages and arts subjects are included in civil service exams but not Information Technology.
competitive exams are only cracked with the help of coaching institutes as they have fix patterns. Different board exams have different marking system due to which candidate from low marking board suffers.

Today's education system only benefits the rich!! Can a man who sweeps the road imagine that his child will go to a good school? Can a begger sitting on the street with 2-3 babies imagine that her child will get at least basic amenities of life? Can a shopkeeper's son get good tutions from FITJEE or from AAKASH?? Why cant we provide equal opportunity to all...I believe talents are every where....only they need some equal opportunity...they too can win big, they can also top exams.

We need to change the education system a bit. In order to maximize one's ability first of all one needs to know his/her passion. An engineer who is working in a bank just to get some good home loan will have to sacrifice his career(Mtech n all) in order to make a home because today's education system doesn't have the flexibility of providing a working man an opportunity to get higher education alongside continuing his job ! only students who have got a good backup goes for higher education!
