Good morning SIR!In my opinion we can bridge the gap between people and government only my making people educated. As the people are educated they will prefer digitalization and on the same side government should also create apps for users of every branch of government department so that people can easily have the talk with government officials. The central government should hire new educated people for the posts as it will lead to a better future of the country according to my opinion.
Thank you

Their is a serious issue about the cases of people pending in the courts,so what we can do is develop an app related to law in which the people will get message through mail/sms which will reduce the paper work and u will also get to know about the timings of your hearings and more info about 'how can you buy/sell a house?',legal requirements of marriage certificate, etc their lot more ideas and information about the best lawyers. This can happen only with the interference of the government.

Digitized High way tollgates,
I often see that many vehicles standing in the high way tollgates for paying money, they are spending fuel, time and indirectly cause the emissions. This may be degitized by introducing the information device (like GPRS) (attached with vehicle on demand with advance deposit) which crosses the toll place automatically price may deducted from their account.A single security vehicle enough to manage the whole tollgate system(unpaid vehicle may be quarentined by them)

1.Still in village, we have to go to the BijliBoard to submit the bill, so if we can also make it online. If I will have internet I can check my house electric, water bill from anywhere and pay it online. Thus it will save lot's of time.
3. we have seen that there are so many policies, scheme in Post-Office. Now we if we want to take them, we have to go physically in office and sometime there is long queue and many times clerk is also frustrated,

When it comes to national level implementation, the problem is not mainly of ideas, it is of which one idea to follow. As i highlighted in my previous post, all govt. bodies are busy highlighting themselves into limelight instead of coordinating and working together. First let the departments work together, people will follow suit.

Government organizations are not working together when it comes to technology and innovation. For example NIC and ISRO are not working together. Neither are divisions within NIC working together to come up with a robust solution for mapping the assets within panchayats. There is visible rift as well as very hard resistance to adopt or work upon technology that has been developed by other govt. bodies. Tax payers money is going down the drain each time someone reinvents the wheel.

I am referring to the Digital contributors for digitise India platform - https://digitizeindia.gov.in/stakeholders.The concept is very good.As a volunteer, I am planning to get children of some of the maids working in our locality to register as contributor and learn and earn some money.I will teach them required skills and also provide them access to my home computers on time sharing basis.I have registered today and I have realised that there is no work-list available as of now

Not only TATA most of the service providers does not respond properly when customer needs genuine support. Look...one of the difficult task in life is choosing mobile plan. TRAI should look into these issues.
