I'm one of the earliest broadband users. I have taken connection from DishnetDSL which had been taken over by TATA later. I live in urban area. The connectivity is very poor and unreliable. Now also, my DSL link failed. I could never see the local TATA person to complain in this regard. I have to go 20KM more to see him and never reachable by phone. All interactions is through monotonous customer support sitting in some place. One only thing I get correctly is there bill. Will Govt. look?

Implement digital India in govt offices too, let the money allocated to districts and it's spending be posted on Site of district Magistrate. It will help people know how the money is utilized and make people empowered for their money. Rti be implemented in all monetary matters of debt relief payments. Because currently money although released by govt doesn't reach people on time. By net atleast people will know the progress of their debt relief fund. And question the right authority. IMPLENT IT

Sir, I think Digital India is good initiative, the earlier initiative of NOFN to connect Gram Panchayats was good too. But Gram Panchayats are till now not connected by Fibre cables(its deadlines are kept shifting). I wish NOFN should be implemented immediately and Govt give post its status online. District Magistrate should tell the progress, post it on districts website. I think unless govt implements the earlier policy, this digital India initiative will turn a gimmick too.

Digital India Policy will success when on line public grievance cell give result. Only not for registered complain it have to time bounding solution. When we see our complaint status it show day to day progress status. Each complain have to time limit to solve the complain. If respective person delay to make solution in time limit count in punishable offence. Please think about my comments

Sir most of the time gramsabha at village is without actual participation of people.gramsabha is the most important place in our democracy. We may use mobile number as a present sign in gramsabha by miss calling certain number.report of this present will get submitted to collector office on same day along with decisions taken by gramsabha.at least one representative from one family can attend the gramsabha.......this will lead to the peoples actual participation in decision making.

Sir ,we can incentivise people from villages, towns as well as cities for connecting with digital India by providing a very minimal margin(say Rs. 1 or 2) per enrollment in digital India programs (like digi-locker ,e-signature etc)to the cyber cafes ,this amount should paid them after enrollment is finished as well as verified online. This method can help in enrolling less aware section of society and mainly in villages.
