I'm one of the earliest broadband users. I have taken connection from DishnetDSL which had been taken over by TATA later. I live in urban area. The connectivity is very poor and unreliable. Now also, my DSL link failed.
I could never see the local TATA person to complain in this regard. I have to go 20KM more to see him and never reachable by phone. All interactions is through monotonous customer support sitting in some place.
One only thing I get correctly is there bill. Will Govt. look?
