LPG is a dominant cooking fuel of urban population and also, steadily penetrating in rural areas replacing other traditional sources of fuel which included fire wood, cow dung, coal, etc.

There are nearly 17 crore LPG consumers in the country with average refill of 35 lakh cylinders per day. The reach of LPG connections as well as providing timely services to the consumers has always kept in pace with the technological innovations. Provision of timely services and attending the grievances of the consumers continues to be critical for consumers’ satisfaction.

Available Web as well as Mobile phone based applications are extensively used to enable the new customers to get LPG connections and the existing customers to avail services. The Ministry has been taking all measures to leverage the Digital India initiative to make it more consumers friendly.
Presently, following citizen friendly services are being offered for the prospective and existing LPG consumers.

•Book Cylinder through IVRS -– allows consumer to book refill through their registered mobile number.
•Track Refill – It’s both Web and App based facility which shows consumer last 3 booking & delivery date
•Know Your Distributor –Web based facility provides distributor name, address, contact no , Sales officers name & email id
•Talk to Us – connects to call centre managed round the clock.
•Request for 2nd cylinder – allows consumer with single cylinder connection to request for additional cylinder.
•Mechanic Service – allows consumer to register request for mechanic service.
•Surrender connection – allows consumer to register request for surrendering connection.
•Rate your distributor – allows consumer to rate distributor on 5 service parameters, which enables the consumer to ascertain the quality of services provided by the distributor.
•Bank Detail – allows consumer to update Bank details for becoming Cash Transfer Complaint to avail the subsidy under ‘PaHal’ scheme.
•Opt out of Subsidy – provides option to ‘GiveItUp’ of LPG subsidy.
•Feedback Status – allows consumer to check status of any feedback submitted earlier

Ministry further wants to bring new innovations/improvement in services provided with an aim to enhance ‘quality’ of the services provided and transparency in transactions. Therefore, suggestions/creative inputs are solicited from the all the stakeholders on improving the services using communication platforms.

I think creating a cash less country will help a lot in destroying all mal practices in our business section and politics like black money and corruption and if these two things leave our country then no one stop our country to prosper , grow and develop a lot but is a very difficult and long task

#my gov sir some people are mis using subsidy cylinder this should be avoid. And the booking process in many areas the agencies delivers cylinder ofter one week and taking extra mony for delavery .i request you to sir eye on this

My sincere Thanks to PM. There are lot of mobile vehicles which support the pollution check for two wheelers in all cities which are stuck to a petrol bunk. Instead, if these vehicles are managed that they were placed near to a big apartment complex in weekends, then owners can get the pollution check certificate. This procedure will reduce carbon foot print for the vehicles going to pollution check and will also increase the timely revenue to the country. Thank you Modi Sir.

if some can manage with 3 cylinder (let market rate 700). so he paid 2100-1500= 600 for three. if 4 is required each effective cylinder price is 325. so on . as things related with market price/availability corruption will bound to reduce if not zero.

1) my suggestion fix a amount (1200 or 1500) to send every LPG subscriber account after 6 month of the year as subsidy (rather than individual cylinder) . it will reduce consumption of cylinder as people have to buy marker rate. 2) make cylinder available in petrol pump ,etc so no booking is required reduce lot of non value added activity . people go with empty cylinder and take new with market price 3) every cylinder and gas book should be bar coded, source person will scan both and relate.

For the benefit & convenience of all the citizens of India!!! Presently, the payment for Refill Gas is required to be done by Hard Cash to the Delivery Boy. However, it is now feasible to pay the required amount through various Online Payment Modes. The introduction of the services will avoid to keep exact Hard Cash while receiving the Refill Gas & make Digital India Dream into reality to some extent.

In all cases, acknowledgement to consumer goes by SMS. SMS are generally in English and for common persons, reading this becomes challenge. Persons, especially senior citizens are more at ease with voice. Instead of SMS, provide voice based message. Same message can be converted in voice format and delivered to client.

पर्यटन को बढ़ाने के लिए राम मंदिर से लेकर रामसेतु तक एक "राम-सीता पथ"( बुद्ध सर्किट की तरह) विकसित किया जाए. यदि मस्जिद बनाई गई तो यह मस्जिद इतनी प्रसिद्ध नहीं है जितनी ख्वाजा मोहिद्दीन चिश्ती की दरगाह है इसलिए आपके मस्जिद केवल एक धार्मिक स्थल बनकर रह जाएगी इससे पर्यटन को बढ़ावा नहीं मिलेगा.
