The proposed name is misleading, if you call it Health Authority, and restrict it to health information only, than it must be name Helath Data Regulatory Commission.

On 26-4-15 in his speech Maan Ki baat Respected PM Mr Narendra Damodardas Modi emphasized on MAYLA MATHE PE DHONA (carrying dirt on head). The phrase was headline in each and every NEWS of the day. Is He really concern about this and made provisions of reservation in LOK SABHA, RAJYA SABHA, STATE VIDHAN SABHA, MILITARY etc etc etc ...... Such reservations are in place in other aspects of life. Respected PM Mr NARENDRA DAMODARDAS MODI SIR do you have explanation or just a speech.

Hello sir, I am a student and glad about work you are doing but i am really concern about addiction of tobacco in people,Govt always put high taxes but these policies little do with this problem because addicted person can sell home but can't leave this addiction of tobacco,I would like to suggest that our government should ban production of tobacco as it need very fertile land too and has hazardous results,India's .25 agricultural land is getting wasted so please ponder over this

NeHA should have he powers with respect to developing the integrated health info and be represented by right set of people. It must enable mobile/Tele-health effectively and should look at ways & means to get the right parameters that share the vital statistics in a human body-this can be extended as kiosks and also build NeHA centers across the nation for quick remdiation. These NeHA centers should act satellite centers with minimal doctor availability and capability to connect to specialists

Approach should be mobile based. Almost everyone has the mobile. So mobile apps can provide the last mile connectivity to the NeHA. As in Europe, a chemist should not be allowed to give a medicine until it is recommended by the doctor and appears in the system. So, when the patient goes to the medical store, prescription drugs are given based on recommendation against his Id number raised in doctor shop. Some bacteria's have become drug resistent because of wrong usage of antibiotics usage.

ID of each citizen is required to up date their medical status. Adhaar/Voter card can be the basic unique ID or fresh registration in the concerned nearest govt hospital can be the identity. If adhaar card will be based then most of the citizens can covered & identified with their health upto date. For fresh registration it is very difficult task as most of the citizens are taking treatment from private sector thus this type of citizens never turned up for medical registration.

India is developing country they have to set an example by making health insurance mandatory to certain income level group as population is vast and the income of certain group is low. And at the time of use they do not have to pay cash or any other transaction just show there ID health insurance card which covers most of the thing (service provider) and further process will be handed over to the company who are giving such services. It will help to create transparency as well as accountability.

Insurance companies in Medical health are reaping profits from those people who do not avail of any medical expenses for years on to gether. This part of profits needs to be taken by Govt by way of a levy or a participatory contribution to make indian population free of disease. Funds could be used for vaccination programs , putting up Govt labs , Medicine factories etc.
