Issue the eHealth Card to everyone with GPS system. In my view this card will useful in the TB program in which the health worker gives the medicine direct to TB patient. But not all few health workers not visit and gave medicine and report, they done their job. It is the key root for TB bacteria become drugs resistance. If GPS onsite punching system will developed than the record of health worker visit and medicine distribution will maintain. It gives positive result in TB control

Respected sir, e-Health program will not be effective till the shortage of Doctors and para-medical staff in every hospital and rural areas. To increase the number of doctors and para-medical staff there should be Medical colleges in every district of India. Fee for the Medical Courses should be reasonable. Fee to visit Private doctors/dispensaries should be under the control of the government. Generic Medicine should be available in every city in special shop of Generic medicine.

Following are some of the points according to me which should be covered in concept of National e-Health Authority: 1. Centralized system (Mobile + WebPortal) 2. People's profile (patient's life long medical history, insurances, aadhar card link up) 3. Doctor's panel (Doctors registration, their blogs, research, consultation live with people) 4. Generic drugs information 5. Complaint Box (Any bad review about any doctor/Hospital should be noted down here)

1. All the medical practitioners including all forms of doctors (allopath, homeopath, Ayurveda, etc.), pathology laboratories, hospitals, nursing homes, etc. must be registered with NeHA. 2. Make all these to computerise their operations and must update their activities on daily basis to NeHA. 3. All the government healthcare agencies (Central, State, Municipality, etc.) must have access to relevant data from NeHa. 4. The patients data on NeHA to be linked to Aadhar Card No.

there should be a national database of registered doctors so that we can verify the same and we can control the menance of fraud and uncertified doctors practicing. Many valuable lives can be saved from the hands of these doctors who dont hold any vaild degree but get fake degrees and practise. The national portal should have details of all the valid certificate holders details. It should have details of all allopathy, homeopathy and naturopathy practicing doctors throughout india.
