What are the major constraints in eliminating beggary? In addition to the efforts made by the Government, how can public participation get India rid of beggary? ...
where ever you see children begging call 1091...stay there if you have time till the officials arrive...these people take the children to their parents or childcare homes....its a very effective way to eliminate atleast child begging.
Begging should be prohibited by Law. As far as i have seen, 70% of the beggars are healthy and can look for any job and change their lives. They have become lazy with this comfortable earning and not taking initiative to change their path. Only physically challenged personnel need to be supported with alternate arrangements. This is very shameful to the country and should be eradicated.
my topic of concern is somthing different. there should be equal rules of constitution for shemales.they can get education n can contribute their brain skills for nation.god made them physically different but they have brain.so there should be schools for them and a option as 'others' in competitive exams.sahi mayne m ye hoga swachh bharat safal bharat.
Many of the places, begging goes right under the nose of police who are not authorised to take action. Public beating of beggers by police. No mercy should be shown. Media will bark as they do not have anything else to do but govt should ACT.
Govt have to start to aware the people to help this people and also give assurance to people that things will arrive to right people only and not will go to corrupted. People will motivate only if Govt will initiative first in way of Thing Arrive To Right Person Only.
Begging is prohibited under the law but still due to lack of implementation, the menace go unchecked. As in the case of bribe the giver is also punished, why not giver to beggar is also be made accountable under the same act. This will put pressures on the minds of both.there are many other organised ways of helping the poor .Most of the begging money does not find end use rather it encourage unlawful activities, hence hard steps are needed. Our mindset should also change in this regard.
The Single most constraint in elminating beggary is the population exposion. The first step to check this exposion is to introduce steps to have clear disincentives for a third child.Today, such disincentives are there only for Government employees. Such disincentives need to be introduced for the general population. There should be no subsidies or reservation benefits for a family, which has a third child. This cannot be done retrospectively but needs to be introduced prospectively without delay.
dekhne mai chaota jarur lagta hai lekin as per me sirf HYDERABAD city mai inka per day turnover 20,00,000/- to 50,00,000/- lakhs aram se ho sakta hai...
sir... Kids of 4-5 years were first made addicted.. and then forced for begging, and if thet dont do so, to unko unka nasha nahi diya jata jiski wajah se wo masum tadap jate hain, aur majboor hoka rye sab karte hain..
First of all "BEGGING IS A BUSINESS".. and it is also a part of human traficcing.. they were forced to do that..
as per me what we need is to break that chain.. jaha bhi unka raat ko paisa collect hota hai, catch those guys and clear that scandal...
as we all are saying that drug addiction should be stopped.how it can be stopped this is the question??
first of all wine factories should be stopped immidiately...
