What are the major constraints in eliminating beggary? In addition to the efforts made by the Government, how can public participation get India rid of beggary? ...
Please advise people not to give monitory beneficial to beggars (Like offering money). instead educate them to offer food or comfort things like cloth/wears etc. Most of the beggars are not under poverty to begging for food
logonke andar aisi sakaratmak soch paida kare ki woh bhikh mangana apradh samjhe. iske liye NGOs, samajik sangathan ki bhi madat le. Bhiksha maangna lachari aur majburi ki mansikata hai.Ise ham soch aur achche vicharonse badal sakte hai. Ek saral rasta yeh hai ki hum rozgar badi matra me nirman kare.
Har taluka me ek school ya hostel bana na chahiye jisme Har gav or area jaha Bachhe bhik mangte ho us police station me unke record rak k Un sbi bchoo ko us school me padana chaiye or police ki jimmedari honi chaiye k koi bi bacha bhik mange na unke area me or aise sbi bacho ko dhund k us school me admission dilaye
I feel sad about the begging kids. They are mostly kidnapped kids and are controlled by some kind of gang/mafia. Isn't government strong enough to curb these mafia gangs? I do not think that is too difficult a task for government and police.
We should ban begging at all india level like total prohition of liquer. We should provide NGO or corporates under CSR operated shelters for those caught for begging. This should be totally exempt from income tax. These people can be used for clean india campaign. This will ensure stopping of exploitation by organised syndicates whose property should be attached to government like black money holders.
Constraints in Eliminating Beggary start from Political parties for votes by paying money in places like Tamilnadu and Andhra Pradesh. The Begging can be eliminated by abolishing tax on government employees income who are begging for money to offset tax payment. All Government and Politicians properties should be attached immediately after court verdict for Lalu Prasad, Jayalalitha Etc. This will avoid begging for voted for money. Tax defaulters property more than Rs10 Crores should be attached.
Polythene ban : this is also very dangerous problem arising in India, many times govt imposed such bans but nobody following these bans. People are using plastic bags openly. Please ban it completely and strictly for the sake of human existence.this is a time bomb kind of thing more dangerous than atom bomb.People are ignoring this plastic issue but this may become a risk in whole human existence one day. Please take this seriously this is a big danger for our future.
It should be made mandatory by government that CASH given in alms should be a criminal offence, as many illegal activities are carried on through it but if we give only clothes or food then many will be discouraged to beg. Many criminal mafia has been working underground through beggars just for money. PLZZZZ sir QUICK and STRICT action immediately...
