rural job creators should be exempted from income tax for certain period. should be considered as minimum tax payer. contractor who brings workers for agricultural activities shall be encouraged in this way.
who ever produces maximum agri products shall be recognised in a better way, ?lso have an eye on their revenue, slowly bring them into IT loop.

An Entrepreneur's biggest challenge today in Bihar is that it's difficult to get a firm registered. I am running pillar to post for trade license in Muzaffarpur, only because there is no clear procedure for registration of Sole Proprietorship Firm in India. PM must intervene if he wants India to become a successful startup nation.

agricultural scientist should be appointed at district level so that people with minimum resources can increase the produce. Soil testing should be easily available...at district level and block level

Govt should create a "flipkart" and "ebay" for rural India.
let every village- we have only 6,00,000- have an organisational account and every farmer of that village can have account of them.
these accounts will be maintained by e-centre in villages.
the benefits of these will create entrepreneurs not job seekers.

Empowering agriculture will help to reduce the shifting of people from village to cities. Now a days one of the main issues in the agricultural field is the lack of manpower.
My suggestion to revamp the NREGA programe for the proper utilization of manpower. My idea is explained in the attachment.

If a cluster of 20 t0 30 or so villages (depending ob their population and needs ) , digitally equipped offices can be built (use already exited buildings , facilities like electronic birth certificate , marrige registration, ratio card, Aadhar , voter card , land records electricity bill, reservations, nd all such facilities should b provided at these centers. This will help generate employment in those areas and masses need not
