Death of Human and cattle are an serious problem which has not been addressed during past. In a very clerical Manner they have build hundreds of Safety walls along the tracks, speciaPly in urban areas like Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan & Vasai. These walls are 3-4 times re-constructed & repaired in short time of 9-10 years. These walls becomes a hurdle while rescuing a accident person. I will strongly suggest to construct Metal Grills using wastes Tracks and other material.
Passengers avoid that narrow fobs constructed during Past era, however Govt. inintiated Wide fobs during 1998-03. I suggest all narrow fobs to be Converted in 10-12 Meters vide fob.

To Railway Ministry,
Subject- Avoid deaths and passenger load in local and and railway system.

More capacity always give rise to better system.

In locals, we can merge two trains which cover each platform in two halves. This way more passangers will get space to stand or sit rather falling from trains and die.

In other railways, we can have increased number of boxes. According to facts there are around 500 waiting tickets in any train around India. This shows that increase in capacity is must.

pass over track in stations can be avoided by some measures. actually this is done for the purpose of catching rain in a hurry or last moment catching of train.
1. due to lack of information about train arrival which come late due to various reasons.
a.) I suggest govt should develop good mobile apps which can track exact location of the train so that the passenger may come in time.
b.) govt should provide online booking of even general tickets of even passenger trains so that no person will wait in queue at the railway counter or at least a few number may be reduced. which generally causes passenger to run over the platform over the track.
c.) maintaining a call center which can give train timings and platform number, so that passenger will actually know n which platform he should go.
and good digital display availability all over the station.
d.) fixing the train platform to be fixed as far as possible.
e.) at level crossing well this is the biggest problem ever so having small flyovers and under bridges r one costly solutions.
but the gets which are been closed for the train are closed way to long before and after arrival of train so using gps tracking of train gates are to be closed exactly for minimum time of train to pass with audio visual alarms.

Use notice board, warning message at prone trespassing areas. Railway people should identify & inform the respective authority. There shoul be surprise check by railway official & find, punish people who broke rule. so that people will have fear next time. Built foot over bridge where ever require. Railway official & worker duty, work & responsibility should be reviewed & recorded in system in rural & village areas. Aware people through media advertising & other medium explaining the consequence.
