Developing the teaching talent and incentivizing best teachers, retaining good teachers are all significant to improving the quality of teaching. Views are elicited so that our higher education institutions can nurture good faculty who in turn can propel higher standards in our students.

विद्यार्थ्यांच्या सर्वांगीण विकासासाठी ज्ञान आणि त्याचे व्यवहारातील उपयोजन त्यांची सांगड घालण्यासाठी शिक्षकांनी त्या परिसरातील परिस्थितीचा विचार अभ्यास करून अध्ययन अनुभव देण्यासा ठी प्रयत्न केले पाहिजे. त्यासाठी त्या भौतिक पर्यावरण विध्यार्थ्याची सामाजिक आर्थिक परीस्थिथि त्याचा barkaene अभ्यास करून सृजनशील उपक्रमाची निर्मिती केल्यास अध्यापन उत्कृष्ट होईल

Teacher is a social engineer.That's why government should give them good facilities and don't give them extra work except teaching.Give them regularly training which changes in curriculam and new knowledge. Give award to best teachers and their knowlede and method reached to the other teachers.

1 प्रत्येक विषय या साठी वेगळा शिक्षक असावा 2 काला कार्यानुभव शारीरिक शिक्षण या विषयांसाठी शिक्षक असावेत 3 प्रशासकीय कामा मध्ये शिक्षकांना गुंतवू नये 4 मूळ शैक्षणिक सिद्धांत यांचा विचार व्हावा केवळ नवीन धोरण म्हणून विविध प्रयोग लादु नयेत 5

कला क्रीडा कार्यानुभव य साठी विषय निहाय शिक्षक नियुत्ती करण्यात यावी .शासकीय शाळांना मात्र ही सर्व कामे शिक्षकांनाच करावी लागतात. शिक्षकांना केवळ अध्यापनाचे कार्य द्यावे.शिक्षकाकडून इतर अशैक्षणिक कामे काढून घेतल्यास तो अधिक प्रभावीरीत्या अध्यापन करेल. त्यामुळे विध्यार्थाची गुणवत्ता आपोआप वाढल्या जाईल.

शिक्षकांना जास्तीत जास्त अध्यापन करण्यासाठी वेळ मिळावा म्हणून अशैक्षणिक कामे नसावीत.त्याचप्रमाणे शिक्षकांना जास्तीची प्रशिक्षणे नसावीत.विद्यार्थी हा ज्ञानाचा रचिता स्वतःच असतो त्यामुळे शिक्षक हा मार्गदर्शक व उत्तम मित्र असावा.पालकांनीही जबाबदारीने नेहमी आपल्या पाल्याच्या प्रोग्रेस बाबत दक्ष असावे.अधून मधून शिक्षकांना विचारपूस करावी व शिक्षकांचा आत्मविश्वास वाढवावा.

creating a special, centralized and unified selection system in the form of Higher special education service (SES) on the line of IAS, IPS. All other systems like ACH HRDC should be strengthened they are enough. Training in e- literacy, soft skills, research must be a top priority. Institution of special education service on the line of IAS, IPS, stoping malpractices in HE's like corruption.

माझ्या मते शिक्षकांचे कौशल्य वाढी साठी त्यांना संपूर्ण स्वातंत्र्य शिकाविण्याचाबाबत दिले पाहिजे शैक्षणिक व प्रशासनिक विभाग वेगळे केले पाहिजे शिक्षकाना प्रशासकीय कामात गुंतवू नये अशैक्षणिक कामे लाऊ नयेत . भौतिक सुविधा पूर्ण पुरविण्याची जबाबदारी शासनाची असावी

Ours Educational system is laboratory of various Experiment.. Also so many experiment has convalescent on teachers each and every years...so let's stop such types of experiment... Teachers have free environmental and free educational surrounding.

Teacher put his/her 100% to fulfill his duty but the criteria of duty is not define properly and they are not able to priorities the core duty of teaching only privatization of duty help them to become best teacher.
