शिक्षकांना फक्त शिकविण्याचे काम द्या. अशैक्षणिक कामांपासून त्यांना दूर ठेवा.

for good quality education there should be sufficient teachers for evry class and every subject. But according to RTE if it is not possible then join the schools(which have not enough student and teachers) at cluster level and for students transportation arrange a school bus in rural areas.

Sir, B.Ed/M.Ed/C.T training for teachers should not be compulsory for std-1 to std-10. I feel teaching post should open for competition for all. Only written exams may be made for any kind of employments I am always against of PI/GD. Any service what it may be sl. list have to made on as per written Exams.

Sir,For development of our nation we have to give our total importance to the quality of education/research etc. so the total education systems depends on teachers. So proposals are as follows:- 1. All IIT/IIM students have to work as teachers for one year and then only the will awarded with degree. 2. all UPSC/CAT/GATE/MAT and all India qualified candidates in competitive exam have to became teacher for one year as probation period & candidates may allow to join as per performance

Online Teachers training programme should be organize periodically so that they update their knowledge and technique.

Performance of the college teacher should purely be based on feedback given by students who show 75% attendance in lectures and who scores above 60% in earlier semester/year. Every year there should be skill test for teacher who must score above 80%. Asst Prof are appointed with eligibility of NET/PhD therefore they should be trained based on teaching aptitude considering various current issues related to students. As a punishment for problematic teacher salary should be deducted for 6 months

बरेचसे शिक्षक खुप चांगले काम करत आहेत.पण शासनाच्या अनेक इतर अशैक्षणिक कामांमुळे जसे निवडणुक याद्या अद्ययावत वारंवार करणे,आधार कार्ड,शालाबाह्य मुले सर्व्हे यासारख्या अनेक कामांमुळे त्यांचा वेळ वाया जातो,परिणामी शाळेची गुणवत्ता ढासळ्ते.स्थानिक संस्थांच्या शाळांमध्ये लिपिक देणेत यावा.

शिक्षक हा शालेपुरता मर्यादित घटक नाही तर तो समाजाचा मार्गदर्शक आहे.पण त्याला राष्ट्रीय कामाच्या नावाकली इतर कामात गुंतवून स्वयानार्थासाहायाता शाळांना मान्यता दिल्यामुळे समाजाचा सरकारी शालेबाद्द्लाचा दृष्टीकोन बदलत आहे.पण तेव्हा शिक्षकाच्या कामाबद्दल शंका घेणे अथवा वेगळी सास्न्कृती रुजावाण्याव्ही आवश्यकता आहे असे मला तरी वाटत नाही .
