If government want to finance the higher education, please no discrimination should be on the basis of of caste because in our country we cant afford reservation system on the basis of caste when we are suffering from the problem of poverty. When our constitution regards us equal then why in every office we need to tell our caste??.this is a great setback to the diversity of our country. DEAR PM please ensure the security of each and every citizen. we have a lot of hopes from you..

HONABLE PRIME MINISTER, In our country a special attention need to be given on the primary education which is really lagging behind. We need such a flexible system where children find easy to direct their dreams. It is very sad to acknowledge that no parent want his child to study in government school. Why we are facing such a problem when our government education need to be excellent. on my visit to one of gov school teachers told me that they are just there to pass their time to retirement

No need to give anything special to IITs or other premiere institutions, because they are using public money so they have more responsibility. One of my suggestion is that we have to increase fees at premier institutions under government and avail more bank loan to them, then they can pay the fees rather giving any subsidies. The only thing government have to provide is good infrastructure to all candidate, because all are equally important to the country.

a student in IIT graduates with a few thousand rupee fees; public spend about 10 lakh to graduate a student;he joins a private firm or move abroad. let industry sponsor seats in institutes to get future employees. this amount may be exempted from corporate tax etc. this may be better than getting high fee from students.

Distance education is very much undervalued because of of its credibility and the low take aways it offers. If CA can be so much sought after, why not other distance education courses become equally sought after. Increase the fee, make financing available and have stringent exams.

The effect of financing higher education will not give result in a short span.Due to higher spending by government on higher education institutes ,it is gearing up the economy of the country intangibly in many ways.

Why should tax payers pay for subsiding the education in IIT's and NIT's, when a bulk of these guys would leave the country for further studies and employments. I think we should implement something similar to what Singapore has implemented wherein a student can be admitted in 2 categories, Fully paid fees and Student with Tuition Grants(upto 50% funded by the government). A Tuition grant student has to sign a bond to serve in the country for 3 years and no obligation for the fully paid students
