Gov must reduce intrest rate for higer education like if a student get admission in institute like iit & iim. They charge high fees. 12% intrest rate is too high as compared to car loan for 8% so first decrese intrest % .

Government needs to encourage Income Sharing Agreements(ISA) between universities and students where students agree to share a % of their future income with the universities after they graduate from the university. This gives a financial stake/incentive to universities in the future of the students. If the student fails to get a job, university also fails to earn the income. Along with ISA's govt must create a fund which will enable banks to provide collateral free student loans to students.

Government should support students in.studying but should not discriminate among its citizens in jobs. Even if government want reservation still there should not be any reservations in jobs for professionally qualified people.

We have more stalwarts to write laws than ambedgars, gandhijis, nehrus whom you call leaders in India. We also have Vivekanandas,Kamarajars who have vission with no personal pursuits.Youth can be motivated not to repeat their ideologies rather they can set their own standards for the others to follow which no one can follow.Youth empowerment is the Need of the hour by the Modiji

Government should classify the growth by industry or line of growth which are in demand in the national interest and accordingly facility can be opened up in response to the public needs.PPP Model will become a success story once properly implemented in good faith.

No more reservation should be allowed as we have spend enough years for them to grow.It is enough if the education system is eased out to the students who seek irrespective of the caste or creed or wealth and only knowledge should be the pursuit on absolute terms. This can be made available thro PPP Model. Entry for all and affordable as well as Merrit prevails.

A PPP Model is the best solution by which select industries put their research groups into investments as well as government can directly participate as well as take care of the need of the poors and not depriving the poor and needy from the right to education.PPP Model can even be Public Private and Government participating for a defined period and after should be surerndered to the government for ever.
