Currently the government gives educational scholarship for backward class, instead the government can give loan for education that is tax free up to 3 years after completion of education, a tax rate of 3 to 4% for next 2 years and tax rate according to bank rate after that.

First thing the government should do is to instruct the public sector banks to give education loan at the interest rates at which they give home loan.Currently home loan is at 10% and education loan at 13-14%.sir we r not asking for subsides but loan at reasonable interest rate.

respected Ma'am as i came to know that govt. has increased monthly stipend from 8000 to 12400 for M.Tech student is great news for us . Their are many private institute which doesn't provide quality education and take a huge amount of fees.their should be some audit process to check the quality of education they provide to student

Due to other commitments Gov. is not able to finance higher edu'n adequately. A "Higher Education Fund" may be created & private bodies may be requested to donate certain % of capitation fees to this fund. Alumni of top ranking institutions are real assets. They will certainly donate when they feel that this fund is managed properly. Even general public will help. Education cess on IT may be increased. Expenditure should be judicious, for ex. money spent on many UGC projects may be pruned.

Subsidise higher education should only be available to those who have passed from government schools not to those from public schools who can pay fee more than a lac per year. It will promote government schools and social equality.

Higher education in Govt and private should be on cost plus basis. However Govt should reimburse say upto 75% exp. to the economically weaker irrespective of cast or religion depending upon their economic health in their bank accounts and provide loan to other students freely which are to be repaid on joining service by employer directly to the banks. To ensure repayment degrees be dematerialized and attached with their addahar number and hyphenation be noted on them.

For skill development it is necessary that we should maintain and respect the honest officers in the Government. But to talk about sending the corrupt to JAIL , we are transferring the honest officers like Mr Khamika to some other department only because of his honesty. Kindly intervene quickly before it is too late. Regards
