Instead of giving subsidies to the deserving students, Govt should help them secure loans only to be repaid once they get employment or reevaluate their status after 5 years of completion of the course. If the student is still studying then differ it further or if the student is working for a Govt then give major discount on the loan or if the student is now employed with a reputed MNC with fatty pay check then encourage them to repay the loan with minimal interest. I am sure students wont mind

For all reservation where goverement pays for fees is acceptable during the learning phase but it have to be returned back after completing your education. This way future children can also get educated and everyone develops sense of importance of learnign and not wasting tax payers money.

Most of the government scholarships are concentrated on Science stream and I being a commerce student have to think a lot about the future prospects I have due to lack of funds. Many commerce students face the same problem. Also the private schools have a monopoly. For Eg: Our school changes the publisher of the books till class 8 each year and the reason is simple that they get a better commission. There is no law or guidelines to prevent these malpractices.

Government funding for educational institutions must be supplemented by a more flexible approach to tuition fees which are at artificially low levels presently. Fees must generate 30% of the total cost of education calculated by including teacher salaries. Institutions must be encouraged to raise additional funds through donations and grants. Industry participation through consultancy and sponsored research opportunities for faculty are other ways of supplementing investment.

Govt should directly spend on technical training of students, provision of resource to them. Govt should fund new projects to students receiving higher education. Govt must aid students by providing advanced learning tools.

1.Govt must directly spend money on students & can even earn money through them by recruiting or appointing them as an intern & getting technical ideas & concepts of new products from them. 2.The best way, govt can spend on higher education is by spending money on students specifically by a merit basis & then training them & appointing them as an intern & giving projects connected to the new schemes launched by govt, like govt can ask for technical credentials in Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan.

This should be free .What is the reason behind. To give support to institute . But you have to keep fees much higher for it . So anybody can not effort it . All higher education must be free .So nobody have to study by thinking that my parents are hungry .

it is possible to decrease the education loan for higher education. I wish to suggest institute must take guarantee of loan taken by student. institute may give provisional degree after passing the course with comment/ remark that loan taken by student is pending.after paying the loan, student has to submit NOC from bank to institute to get the degree.
