In banks the loans for higher education is given only for the people who are having properties in urban areas. I want to do MS in other country so i want to apply for loan but i don't have any properties in urban area so how we middle class and poor people can get loans for our higher studies ? there should be loans provided for the rural people also on their properties in education sector

My suggestion start the without distraction jobs available in the institution or all student activity is under the govt because govt start the program as a Naraga in village so implement in this program and start as a soft jobs in institution.

Many more human potential are required for the higher education or money also but market are jam the money circular in education reality so student have tired the education so they stop the education if govt have provide the low cost or open education source so student are face the food and meals problem because he/she only capable for the education not for the jobs . if he/she is doing the jobs so have no student jobs available in the market or internet if have so distraction jobs available.

Establish more centrally funded institutes; higher education should not be left to states. States can take care of school education and college education and finance these. Higher education should be fully funded and regulated by central government with private partnership.

Supporting infrastructure can be made available in the form of E-Library (multi-lingual support), when combined with technology devices and internet connectivity. Over this further subsidy can be through awareness campaigns, training programs and direct benefit transfer schemes.

State spending on two aspects is necessary where other private partnerships is not easy to depend on. 1. Support infrastructure for hosting collective knowledge and making it available to the next generation 2. Subsidy to the underprivileged with the objective of making the learning available to anyone aspiring for it.
