Roughly 1% of GDP is spent on higher education as against a target of 1.5%. In the recent years, the state share of expenditure on education has declined as compared to an increase in Central expenditure on education. How can we address the financial resource constraints in higher education?

Increase GDP of higher and secondary education. Recruit teachers on vacant posts of universities. Academic performance index of UGC should be followed.

samaaj ke sampann logon ko iss kshetra me aage aakar sahayog karne ke liye prerit kiya jaaye. unke sahayon ke protsahan hetu unko kuchh laabh jaise tax me kuchh relaxation aadi bhi diya jaaye.

उच्‍चतर शिक्षा का निजीकरण को रोकना होगा तथा इसको सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र में अधिक रखना होगा जिससे कि शिक्षा की गुणवत्‍ता में सुधार होगा तथा जनता का इस पर व्‍यय कम होगा
