Parking Fee:It have been observed that vehicle parking system are becoming a big source of black money. Other than malls and authorize parking dealers, some of the parking providers are charging a lot of money without having any authority. For parking in public places they just charge like anything in cash.
My question is if these parking service providers are authorized?
Who regulate these kind of services ?
If they proper tax on their income?

It's noted that the JAM trinity offers a unique opportunity to enable a digital payment revolution. However, the implicit assumptions are: 1) People see/will see this as an opportunity, 2) enough digital infrastructure could be positioned in time, before a sense of ease-with-cash is normalized again, 3) grass-root mobilization could be achieved to include people who have been historically financially excluded. These assumptions must be addressed with great sincerity for the move to be successful

Link all bank accounts, credit cards, debit cards, wallets etc.with one's aadhar card.It should be the sole ID for India removing all other ID's like PAN etc.It should be first accessed by biometrics & then only one should be able to access the various payment options that one has fow which one can use PIN.This dual passwords namely one's biometrics & PIN should hopefully resolve the security issue even if it slows up the process a little.
