There should be law that every shop has both payment option cash & digital. If anybody refuge to accept payment in digital or charge extra % (now a days is happening every shop which have card swipe facility charging 2% extra) can complaint to a centralized toll free number to register complaint against it. There is one prepaid card for Parking in all over India which can used in every parking & amount should be detected automatically. There is one prepaid card for all toll plaza in India.

This is great step, but we need to implement strict law then we can implement it properly. Few secession are as below:- All Govt departments where cash transition is done should have facility of digital payment. All shops/traders should be register as per Indian act, it gives proper detail how many businesses are running & not giving tax, else person cannot run any business/shop/trade in India.

Introduction of BHIM mobile app by NPCI is extremely good. Kudos to govt. Also introduce RUPAY card with QR code in it. By scanning QR of rupay debit/credit card through BHIM app it shld ask for debit/credit for the corresponding account mapped with it. For debit transaction an OTP can be generated and sent to registered mobile no. Of the rupay card. And credit can alsobe initiated. Surely this idea will replace POS machines

for cashless dealings the govt urges us to procure mobile phone & internet connection, Frequent recharging is required for the use of this. all the net providers require a fixed amount for a fixed days , whether it is used or not , they will cancel it automatically after that, Who will bear this, Is the common man can afford this. So to help the common man please make arrangement for solving this. Or we will think the Govt is forcing us to pay unnecessary amount to this corporates. Is it correct

Digital payment is very innovative idea and its go long way in fighting towards corruption, counterfeit note problem and terrorism. Only thing is that we should support and accept the mode of digital payment. I have certain points for kind consideration:- 1. First of all boost network connectivity in entire India. i have seen many BSNL EXCHANGE/TOWER NOT WORKING SINCE LONG TIME. 2. KEEP CASH HOLDING LIMIT FOR ALL. 3. STRICT IT VIOLATION POLICY TO SECURE PEOPLE USING DIGITAL MODE.

At first I would thank government for good initiative taken against corruption. To make digital India at first all the village members should be trained and Make them aware of safety, advantage and smooth use. All educational institutions teachers should be appoint to teach the various modes of payment and remove the fear and negative if any arise. If possible Rewards or prizes should be arranged village wise in a week or months. Even in school initiative should be taken to educate students
