Below scheme would highly boost digital payments... 1) Offer various conditional bonus for opening new credit card accounts, with condition being for example: on spending FIRST Rs 30,000 within 3 months, get Rs 5000 cash back. after that 2% to 5% based on commodities, example 2% for petrol, 5% for grocery etc. 2) Hassle free handling of fraud transactions. for example: Bank should be able to reimburse the money instantly based on the request over phone or website followed by analysis.

Aaj kal itni sari nakli app aa gayi hai ki asli aap konsi hai pata hi nahi chalta. Modi ji ko dhanyavad dena chahta hu ki unho ne ek BHIM app janta ke liye banvayi jis se bina dare log online payment kar sake. Lekin asli aap konsi hai or kaha se download karni hai ye bhi bataye kyu ki agar galat app kisi ne downlod kar di to uska bada nuksan ho sakta hai or BHIM app par se bharosa bhi uth sakta hai. 3. Tax or other incentives may be given to industry owners, contractors, labour intensive works for organising training camps / educating the labourers regarding digital payment methods and its benefits. 4. All Village Panchayats, Block offices be directed to organise workshop to remove fear from the mind of common man about digital payment system. How each & every uneducated/illiterate citizen has learnt and adopted using mobile phone with time. Same thing will happen with digital payment.
