As Set-top box was made compulsory for each individual, in same way for all commercial establishments/shop, one of the compulsory mode of payment should be digital payment. We will be needing less PoS machines than total set-top box required to digitize cable connection.
This can be done in phased manner- 1. First Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities. 2. Next all small cities or town. and 3. All remaining rural areas.
Once the infrastructure to accept digital payment is there, ppl will automatically use it

Minimum features in MOBILES to accommodate all sorts of banking and other applications should be made a law e.g. 3/4 GB ram and 16 GB internal memory. Some applications can be even pre-loaded.

Government make a hybrid ATM.
ATM which is used without any type of card.ATM run with technology of eye scanning and finger print scanner this type of ATM is useful to reduce cyber crime.
Cash withdrawal through the ATM developed with this technology can be completed in less than 10 second and there is no worry of security breach in this type of ATM

The biggest thief of India is Modi, snatching money from poor people and not giving it back. Putting your brain how to increase the income of govt, please put your efforts in improving the basic amenities such as roads, electricity, water. People doesn't need to learn online payment but they do need to learn how to drive on roads. Law and order should be very strict, remove corruption inside your govt....

More than 70% ATMs are not working, make it workable and authenticate and inspect it frequently.
Make the cheque payment( >Rs2000/-) a legal status so that no body can deny it.
Make rule that no body can keep liquid cash for more than Rs5lakhs.
All the transactions in cash more than Rs 5 lakhs at Bank should be monitored in detail.
Give incentive to the digitalised transaction for one year.
The Banks and the ousourced ATMs should have more surveilance dat not less than a year.

Please focus on training people (especially in the villages) to use digital channels. Attaching a small document that gives an idea how this can be achieved at a very low cost. Also the benefits of this training programs far out weight its costs.

Now-a-days ATM usage is restricted to five transactions in a month. Banks should remove this limit & avoid charges for ATM usage.
Awareness programs should be conducted in schools and colleges to use internet banking & mobile banking. The younger generation should not use physical cash in their life.
Also internet connection should be provided to all people at free of cost. So that every people try to use internet & mobile banking. Banks should provide many rewards for mobile transaction.
