Encouragement to digital payment is very easy but one thing which is important that is give service at there door step or availability of digital payment option everywhere without any cost. Government should supply bio metric finger capture device to every one who is engaged in any type of business and now create an app or programme that can be used by any mobile.
Now allow people to use that bio metric device with that particular programme and the amount transfer from account to account.

How to download Bhim App (Mandi)Purchaser & seller both 1 Rule Must

After independence, this is the first step which has been taken seriously to curb corruption. I strongly support it. As is seen by patience of public, it has full support of public. Please implement it with some incentive to person who pays by Credit Card/Debit Card/PayTm etc. Most of the shopkeepers tell that PayTm is not working or their limit has become full. I do not understand this part of their argument. Please take care of it.

1. Promote Cashless transactions in all Government sectors example paying Utility Bills, property registrations etc.,

2. Give 0.5% discount for every cashless transactions (It may be Debit / Credit card swiping /PayTM / Bhim Apps)

I strongly feel by giving discount government will not loose money. In turn People would prefer to make the payment through cashless transactions and it would put an end to Blackmoney thus increases transparency and govt will get more income in form of taxes.
