Mr Prime Minister , You have to make it mandatory for every business irrespective of size to accept payments using BHIM. Even vegetable vendor should accept payments using BHIM.

For Bank loans for housing . The original legal and related documents should be dematarialsied so the burden of storing and transmit risks can easlity averted. But the reigistration should take place as usual in the register office like with the bank demat account.
Below mentioned suggestion. the left common area used to rain water harvesting and septic tank leads to common pit in the layout . one side should used for under ground electricity connection. The default plan approval as mention below should be adopted and layout structure and approval must be portaied in authority website with size and area with longtitude and latitude. It will reduce the burden of chasing govt officals for everything. Plan and eb and water connection everything would be there
New real estate layout must be allowed as follows.
If less than 2 cents are created each plot must be having 1 sq.ft should left around the plot . which means it should not come in the title deed. like if more the 2 cents must be 2 sq.ft left as common area. Which means less than 2 cents allowed to construct ground + 1 room on the top. If more than 2 there can be g+1 and 1 Room on the top . And 6 + 3 sq.ft so on. It implies that there is no need of Building plan approval for construction
Additional cards ease them to remmeber their 4 digi pin nos. Moreover they are able fullfill their needs. they can get printouts too. without having mobile phone they can do with cards. Each card would have separate pins and one phone linked with main a/c account holder. so he can able to monitor the transactions too. Age old persons won't understand the mobile text . But card usage would easliy help them and they would have control over it.
Respected Prime Minister Modi Ji!
Go Digital India is good. But there is fear from cyber hacker as many of our countrymen and countrywomen are not adaptable to it. They require knowledge for the same. I guess small groups and troops may teach them that how to do, what to do and what are precautions to be measure in digital transactions.
Digital Transactions may be teach in schools to youths as well.
But the service tax that we pay is quite not good to us. It imbalances our budgets.
Thanks
If one person is a earning person and he has old age parents and spouse and kids. Earning person must offered 4 additional atm cards. In the additional cards there must be an option of recharging facility. Like whenever it requires we can add some amount on it. Like the Parent needs for their spending of 3000/ per month , spouse needs 5000/- , and kids needs 400/- per month . if so he can able to recharge the same . it will enable them spending easy. Bank can charge 5 per 1000/- on R.C.
We have to also guarantee that merchandise and shopkeeper should also adopt to digital payment mode like POS, BHIM etc. and Audit agencies should do frequent audits whether shopkeepers are encouraging the customer to do the digital payments. This exercise should also be conducted in urban areas as well as we have seen that most of the shopkeepers are slowly coming in denial mode of adopting digital payment and started demanding cash with justification that the Cash availability is normal at ATMs
