There are two things to say here. First of all, the pensions should encourage the regional players so that they can develop players. Secondly, the pension should be transferred through unique account number.

to function efficiently a public sector/ Govt ogganisation, Decission to be time bound. 90% officers are good and they do not do corruption. due to vigilance and other agency these efficient officers are not fuctioning properly. this need to be taken care and build faith to them.Right man to be posted at right place, A technocrat to be posted in a technological industry. A finance man to be posted in a financial buisness sector

It appears form the Indian newspapers that The INDUSTRIES are over crowed in southern part of country "BHARAT" only . Every day some of the Industry getting announced by our leading Businessmen in Telangana and Andhrapradesh only causing injustice to the people of other parts like BIHAR,UP etc of the NATION.PM should not favour to BJP lead state Govt. Industrialist to be instructed to think of entire NATION and not SOUTH India only.

The three main parts of Democracy The Legislative,The Executive and The Judiciary blames other when something goes wrong in the country.They never move in PHAGE and supporting each other. The result is that citizens do not get good governance in spite of good planning of the Government.The Executive of All India Services must think their postings as their NATIVE place and should not have discrimination form their own home sate.They must be asked to produce feed back to Prime minister of INDIA.

Election in INDIA is a daily affair. Some where some short of election is ON. The result of the election never goes in favour of the people because only highest vote is only considered not the percentage of VOTE. Number of Political party must not exceed to three and voting casted below 50% to declared invalid.This can be done with Electronics Voting Machine as it saves paper and printing expenses.

My view of generating employment is to use maximum human resource Railway accident has become a very common news. The result of such accident are reported to be human error and the reason reported is they are highly overloaded of work as they are compelled to work beyond specified working hours ie 08 hours. One forth of employment can be generated by making the shift duty of RAILWAY SIX hours for EIGHT hours for both Tech/Admin .It will be brought the accident rate to NIL for the SAFE journey.

If you take "BHARAT as a complete body then BIHAR falls a part of it. If it not brought parallel to other state of the NATION the look of our country in front of the world
