In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

Your presence is itself motivational but here is what I have in mind for swach bharat.Appoint supervisiors in current muncipality system who will organize people in respective areas.Ask them to donate working hours in return they will get a govt issued card(after 3 months or so)which will provide them preference over normal candidates in govt jobs or kid edu or reduced electricity rates,whichever suits govt economicaly.Fix the min hrs a month like 10 hrs and card validity.Benefit attracts.

MODI JI, JUST READ NEWS REGARDING MUMBAI WHICH IS INDIAS ECONOMY CAPITAL MUMBAI, SEVERAL BIG HOSPITAL IN THE CITY, MUKESH AMBANIES HOSPITAL ALSO IN MUMBAI CITY BUT STILL TOLL OF DEATH ARE INCREASING IN THE CITY ... JUST THINK THEN WHAT WILL BE HAPPENED IN RURAL INDIA AND VILLAGES IN INDIA MODI JI ?????? MUMBAI IS THE ECONOMIC CAPITAL OF THE INDIA WHERE PEOPLE ARE NOT SAFE AND NOT GETTING TREATMENT ON TIME ????????????????

Dear Sir, I am very glad to say i am indian and i respect every indian who live in india or abroad as well. To have a change, firstly to change yourself thats i do Because in earlier days i used to through the garbage on the road like chaat ke patey, choclate wrappers but now a days if i saw a dustbin on the street i put garbage in it but if there is no dustbin on the street then i will put the same in my pocket and also tell the same to maximum. I realize that there are less number of dustbin.

the system should follow like America. Then there should be system like green card in India holders.Nobody should allowd easily to enter in india so that we can have control on the development. Otherwise we keep on developing the country but because of the infiltration we will never finish of our work of development. Common legal rule for Indians should be applied to all.

Importantly India has to define all Indians identity & send other Pakistani Bangladeshi back.Software database has to be maintain in such a way that the system has to be update immediately after baby born in any hospital.The hosiptals doctors' who made the delivery to make responsible for the compulsory information digitally through system.The family should cumpalsary limited to born for just only two kids. Only one kid family & the family who adopt girl child or her education should tax beifit

Seen this today: http://www.scoopwhoop.com/inothernews/swachh-bharat-abhiyan-fail/?ref=social&type=fb&b=0. I think 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan' will not be complete, if we don't install dustbins. I wish to donate at least one from my side. Can we donate somewhere? People willing to donate dustbins/its value must have a way. And is there any way to reduce the use polythene?

Respected Modiji, I am an IT Engineer, living in Pune. My Native is in Amreli (Gujarat). Many peoples from shaurashtra (Gujarat) region are here in Pune for Job and Business purpose. There is very limited train connectivity between Pune and shaurashtra region. It would be great if you do something for this.
