This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

Around 1000 School Information Managers who are I.T. Professionals, currently working on contract in govt schools of Haryana under Rastriya Mathyamik Shiksha Abhiyan want to participate in Digital India Campaign. Govt can utilize their services by engaging them in Digital India Project. They possess professional qualifications viz M.tech,B.tech and M.C.A. State govt is exploiting them and wasting their skills in data entry and clerical tasks.
