In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

To read the abstract of Open API Policy please refer the following URL: https://static.mygov.in/static/s3fs-public/Draft_Policy%20on%20Open%20AP...

With uttermost respect to HRD ministry i would like to throw some light over bizarre employment policies of MNC's in India. Most of the MNC are forcing there employees to serve 90 days of notice period in India whereas they don't have such policies for their onshore employees. when our PM is talking about one rank - one pay, they should consider private sector also. It is important to have one policy too for all employees working in different sector across India.

Hi this is regarding the e-ticket booking via irctc. I tried booking tickets on irctc for 25th dec,2014,but unfortunately it shows waitlist no. 4. What i don't understand is booking tickets prior two months has still resulted in waitlist. How is this possible that too when u opened the site sharp at 8. I still think that our system is not foolproof and still dalals are active. I hope someone takes corrective actions to make the system foolproof.

Ministry of Railways - India Narendra Modi

Most of the inventions done by Western scientists is due to the knowledge the get from our vaidic granthas like big bang theory's its similar to our Brahma Nada theory. I am very surprised why our govt. is not interested in this. We have to lead the world through our ancient gyana. Please look into this.
