This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

For clean India , government should be strict by charging fine to those people throwing garbage ; spitting on streets ; littering river , lakes , streams etc. By doing this people will avoid littering our country due to fine.

Sir, Mobiles are today integral part of life. Everybody, Specially girls today feel secure when they have mobile with them. Prime Minister Modi has rightly & effectively used the Electronic Media. Sir, to go forward towards DIGITAL INDIA firstly we should have FREE PAN INDIA INTERNET facility, secondly, instead of giving other freebies to Poor or less fortunate give them Net based Mobiles, specially to Girls/Womens, Thirdly,Bring rules towards least paper work in Government and more Digital.

Dear Sir,After victory in election in Maharashtra, I hope that some improvement can be made in the following fields : 1. Scrapping of Mathadi Act - The above act is only applicable in Maharashtra and the NCP is taking maximum advantage of exploiting labour as well as employers through Mathadi boards. The cost of vegetables and fruits goes up because APMC which is also politcal body charges exhorbidant amount for loading and unloading. The Mathadi are getting only 60% balance is taken away .

please visit http://www.electroniccurrencytime.com , http://www.electroniccurrencytime.com/gistablot.html , http://www.electroniccurrencytime.com/global.html , http://www.electroniccurrencytime.com/Economists.html , http://www.electroniccurrencytime.com/newspapers.html , for answer to all type of socio-economic problems. My claim we can prosper without help of foreign aids with creating INCOME CYCLE THAT ROTATES TO INFINITY THROUGH IMPLEMENTATION OF E-CURRENCY SYSTEM IN PLACE OF PAPER CURRENCY.

For clean India, government should come up with some strict rules, especially in cities where more of the population is based. Simply just with a fine of Rs 10/- for people throwing garbage or waste on the public areas / streets. Rs10/- people spend on the phones hence not a great amount to be charged as a fine however will definitely have a pinch to pay 10/- as a fine. Instead of coming up with a huge fine of Rs 500/- government should start with just 10/-. I feel this will create a difference.
