Road safety is a matter /concern of all ,it can be implemented with the cooperation of all citizens. So i would like to suggest that the government /local empowered body should pass on the responsibility to every citizen by empowering them to report any unlawful activity on road eg-any person can report about driving without licence, overloaded vehicle, drunken driving etc. We need to establish a digital online reporting system where photographs /videos can also be uploaded as a proof.

Roadsides,Govt. offices, govt hospitals etc.should be kept clean by govt. agencies.Private hospitals, offices, petrol pumps ,banks etc.should be responsible for cleanliness in and around their vicinity.Every householder should clean his house and area around it.If any area is found unclean,he should be penalised, but not left as such after taking bribe.People should be able to complain if any area is not clean.and complaint should be dressed properly..

Universal transport access card:
Railways, state roadways and local transport deptt(metro, bus, auto rickshaw) should develop a common smart ticketing system and provide smart card to travelers. There shall be automatic entry system similar to the one installed by delhi metro. This would reduce the crowds at the ticket counter. At the same time, every one will hv to buy ticket in order to enter the railway station. Further, the transactions can be analysed for identifying routes fr new trains.

It should be ensured that local administration provides basic inputs as keeping dustbins at needed places, big containers for garbage at corners of streets and bazaars.Regular lifting and emptying of these should be ensured and proper final disposal of garbage done. These govt. employees should be given particular territorry to supervise. And are made responsible for cleanliness in that area.If that area is unclean, they should be penalised. Contd. at next post.

Our health care industry is in a mess. A lot of private sector employees like ,e hoard their earnings for future health care. If government can ease the burden on the common man. A lot of such savings can be put into circulation.
