This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

More and more national level programmes are being announced by our respected PM.But response of public is not as expected.I think it is not possible for a programme to succeed unless accountability is fixed.Clean India is a superb programme for every person,Here both govt.and public should fully involve.A separate deptt. should be created to fully ensure implementing this programme. This deptt. should have branches at district level and village level. This should be ensured Contd. on next post

Govt should embark on an ambitious signage drive where it should install signs at all the busy junctions and public places indicating heavy fines for littering the place .. also, we should have cleanliness zone areas which should be cctv monitored so that offenders can be caught with proof and prosecuted on the spot .. citizens should be encouraged to take video proofs and ask the offender to pick up litter ..

Problem: Speed breakers on roads are very uneven in height/color/material used and sometimes this is also a reason for accidents or damage to vehicles whose ground clearance is low. Ideas: Make nationwide standardization of speed breakers (size, height, width, material, coloring, night glowing technology used to make is visible from distance, etc). This will make roads more drivable/safer.
